The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and closes down at 2:00 PM. Unit has it's own front and back entrance, 2 assigned parking spaces plus more (first come first served), brand new HVAC system, it's own bathroom, plus the wall separating the space from the restaurant is insulated for noise reduction. CAM will be established prior to signing lease. A renewal/extension option(s) can be offered. No food service business occupant.
